You know how lousy dry milk always tastes? Well, brace yourself, this stuff is amazing. It seriously tastes like regular, whole milk. Like you just brought in a cold 1/2 gallon from the market. We don’t use a ton of milk, so buying it in even a half gallon led to a lot of waste. Enter this! We just follow the mixing guide for amounts & mix it in a shaker bottle. Like you use for a protein drink. Shake a little & you’re good to go. It’s even good enough to eat in your cereal or drink. Amazing. Oh, we use it a lot for baking and cooking. It works exactly like normal milk. Worth every dime. Oh, when we pop a new can, we decant it into quart or pint mason jars. Throw in an oxygen absorber until we pop that specific jar. Keeps it fresh til you’re ready to go.

I wanted to come up with a low carb gluten-free bread and for the moment I've decided on this product. I guess it's not a secret anymore since I just told you but here we are. I tried heavy cream powder and buttermilk powder and goat milk powder but this nonfat dry milk powder ended up being the winner based on price per oz of powder, the quantity needed to make the same amount of bread, the taste, and the carb count. Haven't tried whole milk powder, which seems to be a little higher in price in general but close in carbs, maybe a little less, but I still think nonfat dry milk is probably the best overall, and this product in particular is the 2nd cheapest option I could find per oz. I have no complaints. For my purposes it was perfect and it lasted through a whole bunch of trial and error. Tastes great with no aftertaste.

This is the most amazing powdered milk. It dissolves in an instant and doesn’t have any clumps. You can just shake it up or stir it and it’s dissolved. I love this, I buy it all the time.

Haven't used it for too much, but did make a hot chocolate mix with it, and everyone loves it as a gift. The can is vacuum sealed and you have to use a can opener; when opened it's filled to about and inch and a half below the rim. There is a dampness protector pack inside, so watch out that you don't eat it!
