I'm not sure why this is really advertised as a headband organizer. I had trouble fitting in 4-5 of the hard headbands, and the pockets were too tight to fit the soft headbands. I am using it to organizer the multitude of bows, clips, pins, and hair ties, along with the brushes and combs, but it's not really what I bought it for. Also, I thought I would like the multiple sections. Meh. I'm still getting accustomed to it.
