These are no longer shipped with cold packs to protect them in the hotter weather even though they're supposed to stay refrigerated. So I ordered extra this year before the heat started. I purchased in March and they all had an expiration date of in May so I've been using expired product for months now. I will be choosing a different brand from now on.

The product is good and we have been using it for years but when delivered the packaging was very HOT including the gel cold bag. This is an expensive item for us that is sensitive to higher temps. During this time of year more effort needed to keep the product at least room temp. I hope the product was not damaged by this prolonged exposure to the heat.

I love the product and have used it for years. My issue comes with the preparation for shipping and the length of time it was in route. The product needs to be kept cool, but was only packed with two very small freezer packs. It’s summer everyone! Not sure how I will order it in the future.

This is the only probiotic that helps my wife with her digestion problems. It's pricey but worth it. The SELLER is phenomenal. They normally send these perishable items with a cold pack, but this time it arrived with the cold pack the day after I ordered it. I live in Hawaii and did not select Prime or expedited shipping.
