Have ordered this spinach mix several times, all sent the amount in the photo.....not just one packet. $6 for one packet seems unusual. Now getting only one packet...not worth the the money. It was really good. :::::sigh

This is so easy to make whenever you need dip. Just put two cups of sour cream in a bowl and whisk this into it, then refrigerate it. It takes about two minutes to prepare.

Tried it but didn't like it. I sought out a substitute for the Knors dried vegetable soup dip mix. But this was a very fine ground powder. There was no dried spinach in it and the flavor was a bit gross once mixed with the sour cream. Not very appetizing sadly.

I enjoyed making the simple and delicious dip for my family.
