I'm happy with the Braun Pulse Oximeter! It's easy to use, and the readings are quick and accurate. The design is compact and user-friendly. Braun Pulse Oximeter 1 is the one to go for in this price band. Nice quality device, accurate and good value. No carry case, but utterly unimportant given the other lesser-known brand had one but was thin plastic and inaccurate. I returned it immediately. I have other Braun items and they are reliable. The Braun pulse oximeter display is also superior. Very pleased with it and confident. I always have two devices as these readings are vital for respiratory monitoring.

I’ve looked up all the standards that this had to meet to be sold in the uk and they are stringent. This item should be about as accurate as the ones used in hospital. That’s not flawless of-course, I’m a nurse so I know well some people are very difficult to get a reading on. If you have poor perfusion or low blood pressure or the like you’d be better off getting an ear probe I’d say. If you don’t have those issues this is great: simple to use, small, does the job brilliantly. This things are accurate to within 2 to 4 percent but that’s plenty to see if someone is dangerously low or trending towards that. I’d absolutely recommend this device, it’s incredible value for money. This is for my own personal use by the way, I’m not using this on patients or anything, we have obs machines for that.

amazon is flooded with these, yes some really "cheap ones" why take a risk on unbranded tat, when you can by this one made by braun. im house bound and more or less bed bound so dont get to exercies much, how ever lately wehn standing up and getting a hot drink or filling the washing machine up, i noticed my heart beating very fast and gasping for air, after doing no more then 7 to 10 mins of chores i knew this was not normal, so i bought this monitor it arrived, normal resting pulse rate about 89, so i decided to wear it while getting a coffe and filling washing machine, sure enough i started strugling to breath, heart beat going crazy, looked down at my finger and this monitor and my my pulse surging at over 155 , which is not normal in any sense. spoke to my gp about this, he is arranging blood tests and a nurse to come out to fit a 24 hour monitor too see what is going on. please if your going to buy one of these, then why not buy this one made by braun. some people may not of heard of this brand, but the older generation know all about this brand, you wont be disapointed, comes with batteries and a lanyard. very happy with my purchase. you will be happy too.

Item looks exactly as in photo, love this product as someone with health problems, comes with a strap so you can wear it around you, whenever and wherever. You put your finger in it, wait a few seconds until it starts beeping and then BAM it shows your blood and oxygen levels. One thing i didn't know was that it changes for as long as you keep your finger in, but sometimes, it feels abit wrong as it changes very fast. Maybe its just me but its a great product if you have health issues or just want to keep track of your oxygen and blood pressure levels!

Très bon oxymètre, simple et efficace ! Je suis vraiment satisfait(e) de cet oxymètre. Il est très facile à utiliser : il suffit de le placer sur le doigt et les résultats s’affichent en quelques secondes. Les mesures de la saturation en oxygène et du rythme cardiaque semblent précises et fiables. L’écran est clair et lisible, même dans une pièce peu éclairée, et l’appareil est léger, compact et pratique à transporter. La mise en route est rapide, sans réglages compliqués, ce qui le rend accessible à tous. Un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Je le recommande sans hésiter pour un suivi à domicile ou une utilisation ponctuelle
