This oil has a strong smell which I enjoy. The oil is used in acupuncture. Good for massage and pain relief

I bought this product after having it recommended to me by the doctor that used it with my acupuncture treatment. It is not a cure all, but provides additional pain relief to some of my chronic lower back pain. How I use it. I apply a few drops on a cotton ball and then apply it to the area in pain. You can also use rubber gloves for application as it will ensure that the small amount used will for the full benefit. It also helps to make sure that the area in clean, free of cuts and abrasions. If your skin is sensitive, I would consult a physician before used. The scent reminds me of the way Recola Cough Drops taste. I find it to be pleasant, but for some this may not be the case. The oil spreads easily enough, and it does not take much per application.

It's a little misleading that they say this oil is a "warming oil" because it feels and smells like mint. It feels more cooling to me than warming which I would think of something more along the like of marjoram. That said, like many menthol or mint based products it works. I'm not sure if I'd say it's better than Vicks Vapor rub but it's along that line. I still need biofreeze to cut major main to shreds but this is a nice little side product. I think I'd rather use this for respiratory issues than muscle issues.

If you have aches in your joints or muscles this is the product for you. My acupuncturist used it on my knees after one of my visits. It worked so well I decided to buy my own.
