I take two before bed and it stops my night sweats and hot flashes while i sleep but that is it.

This Menopause Support capsules have natural ingredients like Red Clover and Black Cohosh. They have no taste. They are easy to swallow. I noticed a slight improvement on the hot flashes. However, it did not help me as much as I had hoped.

So I was skeptical at first but I did notice the yucky sweaty hot flashes were getting fewer. After a month I started to take one in the morning in addition to my nightly one.
