Pearls are perfect, was an issue with my original order that was sorted very promptly by the supplier. Reviews state pearls are bad, however I put this down to customer error, make sure to follow the instructions and add the pearls to BOILING water not hot water, hot water will make the pearls turn to slush. Great product great customer service. Will definitely be a returning customer

Update: the seller kindly have my some tips to use this product properly. Make sure you boil the Boba for about 15 minutes then sieve in cold water before proceeding to make tea. With a bit of care, you get a great result. Previous review: Very poor quality, falls apart instantly and does not hold its shape.

Thought I’d try these for a different type of drink. Good sized pack. Pearls crumbled in my fingers. Went to cook as per usual tapioca pearl instructions. Dissolved as soon as water added. Tried cold water instead; paste ensued. Absolute waste of money.

It’s an instant cook type. Pretty standard taste and the texture is ok. Not a good value product. A high percentage of the product is in powder form.
