I put these on my six dining chairs that stand on bare hardwood and now they glide nicely and don't damage the floor. As per the instructions we used a very tiny drill bit to first drill a hole and then were able to easily install with a few taps of a hammer. Work better than those felt pads that always fall of or get skewed sideways. Thanks for a good product!

The nails are heavy-duty and come with an individual protector (so that you don't accidentally prick your finger). The chair now glides with ease over the laminate floors. Family loves this product. I only planned to install on one chair which was missing one old protector, but now I have to fit all the chairs with these new protectors because everybody wants to use this one chair and a fight breaks out over it.

I’ve been searching high and low for something like this! I have 4 kids and a busy house. The sticky felt pads would get filthy and disgusting and full of dirt and hair so fast. Then they’d peel off and ruin my floors from their leftover glue residue.The ‘socks’ are garbage too. Those wore through and got holes in them so fast.These are it. I can wipe them clean, they don’t scratch my floors and I don’t have to change them ever! They do make the chair super slippery in hardwood though, so be aware of that lol! But I’d rather that, than the other options

A simple product to install. But one slight issue i noticed is that after drilling a small hole to nail the peg into the leg of the chairs i wanted to use it for, the Teflon surface tend to bend when knocking the peg into place. Also, the nail and head are 90 deg., so when nailing to the bottom of a chair that has is slightly inclined, the Teflon head tends to bend when knocking flat onto the bottom of the chair's legs. This is not easy to explain, but i hope those reading gets what i was trying to articulate. Besides this, its a good product and will recommend for anyone who frequently moves the furniture positions without any noise.

The felt pads for chair legs trap all the dust which you then have to scrape off. These pads work great, the chairs slide nice, the floor doesn't get scratched, and they will last forever. Took about 20 minutes to do 6 chairs.
