Excellent! Very high quality and I am a master of nutrient understanding and usage so you can bet your bottom dollar that you are getting a very fine product. Arginine must be taken on an empty stomach and at 3grams once or twice a day 12 hours apart for best results. Packaging and delivery were excellent with no complaints whatsoever! Don't ever let anyone tell you that L-Arginine is worthless because they would be deceiving you and you will miss out on all of the many amazing benefits of this amazing amino acid. At 3 grams once or twice a day you won't be having a heart attack that's for sure because just one of the many benefits of taking arginine. Our endothelium must have it, no ifs ands or buts about it. enjoy!

Note: I went to find the "3rd party Tested" company that Nutricost claims to use and I cannot find any information on this claim, including there is no information to their claim and is not even found at on their website nutricost.com Study after study has not provided evidence if L-Arginine provides any benefits. And at the very least in most studies 5 grams (10-500mg capsules = 5 grams) are required to show a minimal anything. Most bottles of L-Arginine are only 500 milligrams (remember 500 mg = 1 gram, you need a minimum of 5 grams daily to show minimally found results if anything). I included this from the most respected 3rd party testing platform: Consumer Lab or consumerlab.com "There is no doubt that nitric oxide plays a vital role in circulation. But even though some bodybuilders swear by the results of "nitric oxide" supplements, it's not clear that taking large doses of L-arginine or other amino acids orally significantly increases production of nitric oxide in everyone. The research studies published on nitric oxide supplements in athletes so far haven't been promising. A 2009 study of well-trained male athletes found that giving 6 grams of L-arginine supplementation for three days raised their serum arginine levels but had no effect on nitric oxide production or performance of intermittent anaerobic exercise (Liu, J Nutr Biochem 2009). In that study, nitric oxide production did increase during exercise, but no more so with L-arginine than placebo. I purchased this product as a dietary supplement that was suggested for my husband by our primary care doctor. He had been taking this medicine under a different brand and was almost out of it so I thought to check on Amazon to see if I could get it from them for less. The company I chose is the same as one I have been buying Vitamin B2 from so I felt comfortable ordering this supplement from them as well because I haven't had any issues with my own product. The capsule is a little large but it has a gel coating so I don't think it should be too difficult to take. The price for this amount of supplement was great and will allow me to save a lot of money because my husband only takes one tablet per day. Given the fact that the bottle contains 300 capsules, I won't need to place another order for most of the year and it only cost me $11.99 for the one-time start price--The subscription is even less. Great for anyone who needs t watch every dollar spent on medicines.
