Hercules, Folk Instrument Stand, GS303B, Travlite/Black, 1

Hercules has always had great products. I've recently added a mandolin to my gigging equipment and needed a stand for it. Perfect!

got this for my five string banjo. I was a little sceptical given that it doesn't have any kind of support for the neck of the banjo, as you might see with many other stands, but this works really well. I was worried that it wouldn't properly hold the banjo seeing as the body is round but the stand grips it perfectly and once it's in there it doesn't move at all, I even tried knocking it over just to test it but it's nigh on impossible, the stand's centre of gravity is so low that it just rocks back into position. the stand is good and sturdy with a decent weight, seems well made, especially for the price. it also folds up nice and small for storage or transport. I imagine the stand could accommodate many instruments, banjos, violins, mandolins, etc. as the circular foam grips are moveable. the fact that it's all covered in foam also means that it's not going to scratch your instrument. I was pretty happy with it, would recommend.

Ich benutze schon ewig Hercules E-Bass-Ständer mit denen ich immer sehr zufrieden war, diesen Ständer verwende ich für eine Concert-Ukulele und diese ist darin optimal untergebracht, durch die verschiebbaren zusatzpolster lässt er sich an die tatsächliche Instrumenten größe gut anpassen.
