Q: Has anyone found some sort of case or way to store this so it remains sterile/clean (especially on the go) when using it for formula?

I used to put mine inside a ziplock covered with a napkin.

Q: Which wand is for what? They are not labeled ...

The oval shaped wand is for baby formula. The other wand is for frothing milk - don’t used it for mixing baby formula!

Q: Is the metal stainless steel?

I don't know. The packaging doesn't say anything about the metal being stainles steel. But after months of use I have never seen an oxide stain on it.

Q: Does this cause foam or air bubbles when mixing baby bottles?

Yes it still causes some foam and air bubbles but it mixes the formula well with my Dr Brown bottles. Since these bottles have several parts it's hard to mix without this handy mixer
