Great camera - feature packed and low price!
Great camera with tons of features and you can’t beat it for the price! I love that I don’t have to have a subscription and just use an SD card to keep small amounts of video data The installation and app are very handy. I already had one. This makes my second and I will likely order a third camera to keep my property secure. The battery life also seems fantastic and the clarity is really good!!

Goodbye to cables! A 5-minute installation with great quality.
I was looking for a wireless camera that wasn't too expensive, and this one is perfect. The battery lasts a very long time, the image is HD, and the night vision has impressed me. It's very easy to set up with your phone. I 100% recommend it if you don't want the hassle of electricians or cables all over your house.

A keeper, with a couple caveats
This Zumimall camera has generally met my expectations. I’ve been using it for about a week now and have tested most if not all of its features. The initial set up and insulation was easy enough. There have been a couple quirky aspects of its operation that took some getting used to. The feature that took longest to get used to was the PTZ capability. It would appear that there are two ways you can engage pan, tilt, and zoom capabilities. One is by tapping the image, and then tapping PTZ on the bottom of the screen menu bar which brings up an on screen control device that allows you to pan back-and-forth or tilt up and down. this PTZ control device does not however, allow you to zoom. To zoom in and out you need to use a two finger pinch and separate approach as is typical with images. You can also drag a finger across the screen to pan and tilt, however, panning, and tilting by a finger drag soon becomes dysfunctional and the camera becomes unable to pan and tilt at all. Closing the Camera app and restarting resets all functionality to proper operation. For problem, free image acquisition use the PTZ tool to pan and tilt, then zoom using a two finger pinch and separate. Another quirk occurs when the microphone is on. The camera noises, say from PTZ operation, will be audible and sound like birds chirping. This was kind of confusing until I figured out what was going on. I’ve also used the motion detection feature to some extent and so far have found it very reliable. I’ve set the sensitivity fairly low and set the area for motion detection to a minimum area. I don’t like false alarms, and where I have it seems to be working to my satisfaction. I placed the camera on my front porch so anybody approaching the front door will trigger a notification, but the random bird flying through or squirrel scampering along does not set off a notification of motion detection. I have not yet fully drained the initial battery charge from the factory setting. I have though done a partial recharge to make sure that the battery would recharge properly since I have been testing the camera frequently, I expect that I have been using the battery more than I would normally and the battery does not seem to be losing charge alarmingly. There is a feature where you can check the battery charge in the app which is handy. There does seem to be some variation of plus or minus 5% in the reported battery charge which caused me some concern initially, until I got accustomed to the reading variability. In conclusion, I would say the Zumimall camera is a keeper, and I would recommend it with the caveats noted above.

Awesome Camera easy to set up and use
I purchased the ZUMIMALL 360 Camera Day and night vision. It alarms me right away if anyone or wild animals go by my chicken coop. It has flashing lights and a siren if I want to use it. The video and pictures are clear. I love this camera and it’s affordable. The ZUMIMALL staff helped me right away. I’m very happy with them.

You get what you pay for
UPDATE: Officially now this is the WORST camera ever. As i mentioned earlier in my review, i use this to monitor my chicken flock. I recently experienced 3 separate attacks on my girls, and NOT ONE was picked up by the camera. And in case any naysayers or reps from this company want to tell me that i must have had it too far away- i had this about 20 feet from the carnage, and where everything occured was well within the supposed field of vision. Attacks 1 and 2 happened within a day of each other. I woke up and came outside to do my usual morning routine for the chickens, only to find feathers and half consumed bodies in my chicken tunnel i had set up (chicken wire angled in upside down U shape, allowing them to have more room to run away from the coop). The first event was all the more heartbreaking as one victim was a young chick, along with its mother- who probably gave her life trying to protect her baby. The following day, an exact similar outcome occurred to another chicken in my tunnel. 2 days, 3 birds killed. Can't tell you what the culprit was because when I raced to view the footage, the only record was the previous nights activity as I would do my usual tuck in routine for the flock. And again to the naysayers...no whatever did this was not too small of a creature- it had to have been something like a possum, raccoon, hawk etc. Speaking of hawks...attack #3 I caught with my own eyes after the fact as the predator tried to fly off with my bird. I stepped outside and saw it fly across the yard, release its meal and zoom off above the tree lined horizon. Where my flock was, they were contained in pen outside of the coop and again....angled right within the camera's field of vision. Nothing off camera. Large enough predator to to see. And of course- NOTHING to see when I checked my footage. Yes, the camera was charged. Basically, if you want a cheap piece of plastic that looks techy-ish, and have some cash that you need to get rid of, get this camera. It won't do anything, so you don't have to be bothered reviewing footage. And if you are trying to find a way to let others know how gullible you are when it comes to online purchases- this camera will be the 'flag' you can wave proudly for all to see. DO. NOT. BUY. THIS. JUNK. Your life or property may depend on the decision you make with this item. How much is that worth to you? Spend the extra $ and get a REAL security camera. ‐-------‐----------------------------------------------- Just needed a simple system to monitor around my house....couldn't justify spending hundreds of dollars on the bigger name brand cameras with all their bells and whistles. Wish I would have done some more thinking before purchasing this one. Problems... 1) accessing the feed can take minutes. If you are looking for a security camera, you want to be able to see what is happening at that moment. Not a minute or two after the fact. 2) quite often when you move the camera angle around on the app, the physical camera will freak out and spin waaaay around from where you were trying to view. You have to painstakingly tap, tap, tap, tap to move to angle back....but even so, the camera will probably spin way back around the other way. I've been having to close out of the app and try again to fix the viewing angle. 3) it comes with free cloud storage and will record 6seconds of motion activity. You can pay for premium services which will record 30sec of activity...but what if what triggered that motion sensor was criminal behavior? Wouldn't you want to have ALL the footage of that activity? Tying into the premium service....when you buy that service, it's only for one individual camera. I have 4, so to have the better service options, I have to buy that TIMES 4. $$$ if you have an account, you should have the option to buy the premium and have it available for all cameras registered to you. 4) motion sensor doesn't catch everything. I'm not talking slight movements....I'm talking walking in plain view of the camera, chasing pets around, etc. When I go back later and look at my footage, often that activity is not recorded. 5) it will only record video/images of where the camera is angled. I wish it would record anything in the zone the camera can move to. Currently I have 1 camera in my backyard angled to my chicken pen (yes I'm a crazy chicken lady! Don't hold it against me...)...but the side door to the house is not in that direct viewing area. When I move the camera angle, the door is definitely in a viewable area. But to see that means giving up my pen coverage. Put more clearly....let's say your camera is zoned in one spot...but a creepy creepalot comes around just out of that view. Even though your camera could easily see the creeper if it had been moved, you will miss that activity because it's not where you have the viewing zone set up. I'll edit this later as I think of other things.. right now it's 2am and I wanted to get something down while it was fresh in mind.

Great camera at a great price.
Our house is set up strangely. If someone pulls up to our garage, we cannot see who is there. Now when our driveway alert goes off, we open the app and can see who is there, day or night. To be fair, we are not using the camera to record, so I don’t know if that works. We have tried 2 other cameras but they could not pick up the WiFi signal. This camera has 2 antennas and works just fine. It has a good clear picture and we really like that we can rotate the camera remotely.

Zumimall GX camera is excellent
I purchased a Zumimall GX2K and F5 camera back in January ’23. With exception of the Pan/Tilt/Zoom feature of the GX2K camera, both cameras work very similar to each other, and their performance is exceptional. The GX will send me a notification 5 seconds after detecting motion, and typically rearms for the next detection 5 -10 seconds later. I currently have my record length set to 10 seconds because of testing the reset time, but in actuality, having the record length set to 20 or 30 seconds would show better coverage when movement is being captured. Standard Definition is a bit choppy, and could be tolerated, but why would you when High Definition is an option. Selecting HD produces an extremely high quality image and recording. Both daytime color images and nighttime B&W images are phenomenal. I have attached a late afternoon daytime, and a nighttime screenshot as examples. When originally purchased, I had an issue with an extended delay time (40-45sec) between detection and notification time. Emailing tech support took care of this issue in short order. After this, tech support sent a firmware update for both cameras. The firmware sent for the GX camera had issues. If I could go back, I would not have updated the firmware. It took several weeks, but we finally resolved most of the firmware issues with a third version, but the original firmware still preformed the best. I must say tech support was and is fantastic responding to my emails, answering any questions I have, and are amazingly prompt in doing so. More companies should embrace such customer concern and care. My GX camera is mounted 10’ off the ground, and mostly covers the entire area in front of our home. Having the pan/tilt/zoom feature allows me to cover all of it. Because of this mounting height, I have a solar panel supplying maintenance power to the camera battery. The panel only received direct sunlight in the afternoon, but easily keeps the battery topped off. Even when testing the camera with full detection capabilities, the heavier power draw was no match for the solar panel. The battery will charge back to 100% capacity every afternoon with exception to heavy clouds or stormy weather. I tried several other cameras before discovering the Zumimall cameras. I was not satisfied with any of the predecessors. Mainly because they advertised/marketed features of their cameras that in actuality were not available for use unless you purchased their monitoring service. In my book, this is an underhanded tactic that equates to lying, and shows disrespect to potential buyers. Zumimall offers monitoring service, and AI detection monitoring, but I have not looked into these options. I utilize 64gb micro SD cards in my cameras which are more than adequate for my needs. I believe they also allow you a 7-day cloud recording offering at no cost. As I understand, it is a shorter record length (non-adjustable), but does provide you with the ability to look back through a week’s worth of recording history if desired.
