Great flavor and really nice enjoyable heat
Great flavor and really nice but manageable heat. Really nice texture and consistency too. Heat-wise if you are looking to step up your game from the typical grocery store finds without getting too crazy, this sauce has the perfect amount of heat. I would describe it as sort of hitting that "next level" of heat where you get that full-mouth warm ember kind of burn. But nothing overwhelming for the average hot sauce fan. And the flavor is excellent. You can taste the garlic, but is not like a garlic bomb or anything. Its just enough to be well balanced with the rest of the ingredients. And they do add in mustard which i think is intended to bring out more of that garlicy taste since those ingredients have a similarly pungent flavor profile. And it works to great affect. It is not overwhelmingly garlicy or mustardy. It is all just really well balanced with the habanero front and center. Overall it is a great hot sauce. The biggest complaint ive seen is that it may not be as garlicy as the bottle description would suggest. But if you ignore that, it is still a top tier hot sauce. The heat is enough to give you a nice satisfying kick but you can still enjoy more of it. And the flavor is excellent, just what youd expect from a more "gourmet" hot sauce brand that know what theyre doing. Edit: in the past few months ive recieved two bottles that have leaked from the top. Doesnt appear to be a shipping/packing issue so i wont mention the seller. But something to be aware of. The bottle wasnt broken and the plastic seal was intact. But about 1/5th of the bottle was not in the bottle.

HOT Damn!
Full disclosure: I'm a huge fan of the YouTube show, First We Feast presents Hot Ones. I think it's a wildly entertaining interview show and it has reinvigorated my love of all things spicy! Moving on to the review, I had purchased this because I had noticed that everyone on the show had expressed how much they liked the flavor of this hot sauce, even with its painful bite. Now, for chili heads this is extremely tame, but I find myself in between the normal crowd and the insanity of chilidom. I adore the flavor of this sauce and have already gone through 1/4 the bottle in one day, because I carried it around with me and put it on everything. That being said, if you use it like normal hot sauce, you'll enjoy the complex flavor (albeit its main ingredient is malt vinegar so hot sauce fanatics will know the base flavor) while appreciating a medium burn. If you take a chug (which I do with Tabasco as if it were apple juice) then you will feel the creep of those habaneros and you'll start reaching for milk as if you were a death row convict reaching for the bible. A wonderful and flavorful hot sauce, I give it an A+

One of my favorites
First time I had this (Jamaican) was over 20 years ago and I was instantly in love. Since then the company seems to have changed hands at least once, but they never did screw around with the recipe and it demains a favorite of mine. The Jamaican is a thick hot sauce that is smokey, spicey and has a fruity back. I would not recommend it for applications where you want a vinagery sauce or a high quantity. It's one of the most flavorful sauces I ever had and the balance of spicey means you can still use it without blowing our your taste buds. I got it October 2024, bottle marked BB September 2026. Well packaged although the shipping was delayed.

Hotter than usual, but not stupidly so, and with a nice sweet smokey flavor.
A bit warmer than the usual grocery store hot sauces- but not stupid hot. It has a pleasant sort of sweet paprika smokey flavor to it, while still warming your mouth up. Very good on chicken and chicken wings, although its not like the traditional "buffalo wings" style flavor. I also tried it as a replacement for catsup and mustard on a burger - it works there, but not as well as on chicken. It does go nicely on pork ribs as well. I found the "heat" part just above my usual threshold, but it has a pretty short "heat halflife" going down, and I didn't notice any problems on the other side, if you know what I mean. I enjoyed it as a change in scenery, but I don't think I'd replace my usual hot sauces - I prefer a more vinegary flavor. Still, its worth a try just because of the pleasant flavor, and I might order it again for a special picnic or something.

Garlic sauce is hotter than expected, Chipotle is delicious!
I've had both the Garlic sauce and the Chipotle sauce. I bought the Chipotle sauce at the Portland Hot Sauce Expo in 2019. It is pretty mild, but with a LOT of smoky flavor. It is easily my favorite hot sauce of all time, though people who really want some heat will likely want to add a dash of something else to give it more kick. The Garlic sauce is pretty damn good, but packs a pretty significant punch with the main ingredient being habenero peppers. Though if you regularly use sauces with Carolina reapers, you'll probably find this sauce to be weak in terms of heat, but it still has great flavor!

I don't wanna write one. I just tell you how it is.
I love you hot sauce and that's hot sauce. They may like the sting of the hot sauce not too stingy, but just right for all your vegetables your meat everything

I ordered a bunch of hot sauces, from Siracha to tabasco to Tapatio to a whole variety of Louisiana style hot sauces. This sauce here takes the cake for every day use. It's labeled as medium heat and around 4000 scolvile so it's pretty weak, however I found it actually is substantially more hotter on taste than the other sauces around this range, as far as heat goes I can easily compare it to Habanero Tabasco sauce (which is about 8000 scolvile) if not a bit more, at least to me it's hotter than labeled (not a bad thing). However, the taste is what really makes this sauce - it's delicious. The consisentency is great, slightly thick, non of this watery/runny sauces and no vinegar taste (if you're not a fan) . This and Tapatio for me stole the show for low level heat sauces for every day use.

Geiler Eigengeschmack. Klare Empfehlung!

I love it and my other half hates it. We usually like very similar flavours but this divided us. It’s super smokey with a little bitterness and mild heat. I love it. My good lady says it’s tastes abit grubby, not sure what that means but I can’t only assume it’s her way of describing the super smokey taste 🤷🏻♂️ Not a ‘hot sauce’ but goes great in a taco (in my opinion) and many other things too. Give it a try!

Despite the name, it is not as hot as you might expect: someone used to hot stuff should be able to taste a teaspoon of this stuff and enjoy a nice lasting burning sensation equally distributed throughout the mouth and the tongue, and swallow it without any harsh feeling in the throat. Those who eat habaneros like peanuts won't find it particularly hot; there are many sauces out there a lot hotter than this. Of course, who are not used to strong chili sauces should go easy to begin with, because it is hotter than most of the stuff you can buy in a normal supermarket. The good thing about the sauce is the flavour; it is not just about being hot, but also enjoying the taste. I can't speak for everybody, but to me, it has a very nice balance of ingredients: the typical taste of the habaneros is definitely there, not too salty, with a hint of tomato, garlic and a bit fruity, but not too much (I don't buy sauces with added sugar or too sweet). It goes really well with kebabs, sausages, burgers... or any meaty stuff where you want to pour a chilli sauce straight over it.
