Measurements are in mm. Unfortunately we don't provide a cutting service just sell in set sizes. Thanks

Q: Looking to make some business size cards so i can engrave some passwords for safe keeping, would these be suitable?

They could be used for that purpose but I would definitely go for the the thinnest available, 0.8mm thick plates, as anything above this would be overkill. You will probably also need to remove the mill scale from the plate as otherwise they will be almost black and quite messy to handle. I would also recommend the application of some sort of clear lacquer, after engraving, to prevent rust.

Q: What Grade is the steel?

It's a standard mild steel plate BUT I'm not sure of the grade.
