Does this fit 35MM rail?

Yes it does. All of the Dinkle DK2.5N blocks fit on 35 mm rail.

How do you jump these through the top? Do you guys have the parts?

This block is the red version of the DK2.5N. They take the DSS2.5N series jumpers. There are two jumper ports on the top of each block. We show you how to use them in our YouTube channel (DIN Rail Terminal Blocks name). The DSS2.5N-02P is the 2-pole version and the DSS2.5N-10P is the 10-pole version. Keep in mind that the two jumper ports allow you to daisy-chain the jumpers. Some customers use 10-poles and cut them down.
