We used this to help with our baby's eczema and it worked really well! If you look at the ingredients of dandruff shampoo, zinc is the active ingredient. This was such a blessing after all the lotions and potions and special baths didn't work. Helped a bit with cradle cap too!

Always hard to tell if it’s working or not since I also use it with the probiotics. It’s supposed to help my babies reflux, I add it into his bottle of milk once daily. I trust this brand and ingredients though and if I stop using it I’m sure I’ll notice if it helped or not then.
