Eve Weather (Apple Home) - Connected Weather Station for tracking temperature, humidity & barometric pressure, weather trend, IPX3 water resistance, display, Bluetooth, Thread

Had this product for 7 months. Had to reset twice Used 3 batteries Wasn’t accurate. Kept losing contact. Finally just stopped working. Might have been a dud but disappointing.

There are cheaper alternatives but I have a bit of Eve stuff and it’s always super high quality. Set up is extremely easy if you are using an iPhone and the temp sensor and humidity are accurate when I compare it to other sensors I have in the house. Yes it’s expensive but is very well built and doesn’t look cheap.

Easy to add to the existing Home setup. This is my second Eve Weather, the first was returned as the temperature accuracy was +2C warmer than my other sensors co-located. Easy returns via Amazon. Waited a few weeks and got another one from a different batch. This one is fine, matches my Oregan Scientific kit within margin of error specification. The barometric data matches local readings too. Only grumble is HomeKit won’t display the barometric data in the Home app. Grr.

Started using this four weeks ago. Fine to set up. Screen quite dim unless looked it straight on but as its intended use was in the garden that was ok. After three weeks I noticed it had stopped working so had to change the battery. I contacted Eve support but got very little back from them. I bought more batteries but the unit kept shutting down after a few hours. Now trying to get a replacement or refund. If it had worked as advertised it would have been 6 out of 10 but after al this fuss I’m a 0 out of 10

Integrates easily into our (Apple) Home infrastructure, which allows me to automate blinds, windows, etc based on the outside temperature.

Fairly basic product. Works well

I can’t really say what this is like as a weather station but as I needed to take some additional temperatures in a room for an automation to provide heating this was a good option, especially given it’s much cheaper than the one Eve recommend to do this specific job. Thread makes this utterly reliable and the simple brushed metal black look is very attractive and it’s actually much smaller than I had expected

C'est mon 3ème capteur EVE Mesure précise et fonctionne parfaitement avec Apple HomeKit Il est nécessaire d'avoir une AppleTV ou une enceinte HomePod à proximité faisant office de hub La pile type 2450 dure plus d'un an chez moi J'ai pu faire une automation pour déclencher automatiquement un déshumidificateur dans ma cave Je recommande vivement !

I purchased this with the thought that it would be nice to be able to control a sprinkler system with weather forecasts. Unfortunately I am not impressed by this product. It displays the temperature and humidity reliably but the barometric pressure not as well. I’ll give it more time but after a month, I’m not impressed.
