This item was recommended to me by my dentist. I have always had teeth and gum problems, but since I have been taking ProBiora my gums have been a lot healthier. Definitely recommend it to anyone having gum problems.

As someone with dental aligners, Probiora helps my mouth/ teeth feel fresh and clean all day. It works well as a breath refresher. The minty taste is there, but not too harsh. And my gums seem healthier, no more bleeding when I brush my teeth! However, not sure if it also whitens the teeth. In my case, it seems it did not.

This is more expensive than I would like, but what value your teeth? When you get to a certain age you either do what you need to, to take care of your teeth, or you will lose them. I go to sleep with one of these tucked in my cheek outside a back molar that was very sensitive to brushing but had no cavities per dentist. I would not recommend going to sleep with one of these in your cheek unless you are comfortable doing that. It works for me and the size of my mouth, and does not move around in my mouth. But your mouth is your mouth. I just tuck it up there, and slowly it dissolves. If I wake in the middle of the night, it or what remains of it is still there in the same exact spot. Don't take my word for it that you can do this. Know your own mouth size and what happens in there when you are asleep. You can do the same thing in front of your computer or watch TV when you are awake. Don't suck on it, just let it dissolve. The point is, after a week, my tooth is no longer sensitive. I can brush it with no pain. So for me this works to help remineralize your teeth. This product works for me, and I will continue to buy it despite it's expense.

It does not dissolve easily at all. I would fall asleep with it in my cheek. I chewed it and tried to keep it in my mouth as long as I could. I HAD signed up for auto-ship and canceled it. I can't see myself doing this every night. I am going to try to find another brand that is easier to use.

FINALLY, good news from my dentist! I have had extremely serious periodontal disease for decades, with multiple oral surgeries and gum/bone tissue loss no matter what I do. Basically there was nothing left for me to try and my periodontist dismissed me, since there were no remedies left. My dentist sadly told me that maybe I could find an oral probiotic that might help a little, but other than that she had no advice either, and didn't recommend a specific brand of probiotic. All I can hope for at this point is to stabilize my condition and now I feel very encouraged that I'll be able to do just that with EvoraPro. I called the company to make sure I was using it correctly and their phone and online support is great. I let a table dissolve in my mouth at bedtime, after brushing my teeth, and then fall asleep without drinking water. The tablet ingredients do not harm your teeth and gums in any way, so even though it tastes like you're having a 'candy mint' at bedtime, it's actually medicine and it works! It took half a year and a lot of patience on my part, but now I want others to know just how wonderful and life-changing this product is and I encourage you to try it!

After using this for 6 months my dentist was impressed with my gums! I did not tell him what I was using until after the exam. Love the orange taste.
