Excellent product. Using it as a strong tape. Like that it doesn’t leave a residue. They should be hired by Amazon to teach a thing or two, so we can reuse and recycle Amazon’s packaging. I am tired of pulling at packaging labels so I can reuse or recycle the underlying material (plastic or paper) and am left with sticky residue and parts of label that won’t come off. Even the gaffer tape’s plastic packaging had a label that came off neatly without a tear and no residue. Kudos!! Have used it outdoors over winter to secure a broken glass window, not perfect for long term outside use but did the job.

Let me start off by saying I'm not a Gaffer. Heck, I'm not even sure what a Gaffer does, aside from tape stuff to other stuff. I'm quite sure this would work great for that. I bought this because my new kitten has learned that flipping a specific light switch gets me all upset because my computer is plugged into the plug controlled by said light switch. Kitten loves doing anything he can to drive me crazy. Kitten loves doing anything he can to drive my dog crazy too. I tried a temporary fix using electrical tape to block his ability to flip the switch. All that did was mark up my wall, look ugly. Kitten laughed at the new challenge and continued shutting off my computer. I fired up Amazon when he was sleeping, because a sleeping kitten cannot turn off my computer. I searched duct tape, didn't like any options and came across this REAL Gaffer tape. It was the right color, the right width so I figured I'd give it a shot. Now my lightswitch doesn't have ugly black tape on it, in fact you almost don't notice it on there because it matches so well. It's very high quality and I wouldn't hesitate to try it if I was a Gaffer (whatever it is you folks do). The kitten hasn't been able to turn off my computer so the world is a happier place. He still terrorizes my dog though. I wonder if I can tape Kitten to something to give the dog and I some peace?

Dosent stay stuck for long, duct tape would have been a better choice

I have framed some of my oils using float frames. This tape great when need to finish edges. Makes for a professional look.
