What more do you need?
I spent months trying to decide on an extractor. Every single one has negative reviews. I'm convinced the competition is planting bad reviews on "the other guys" machines. I am not a detailer, but I own 7 cars and I pay annually to get zero-residue carpet cleaning in my house, and outdoor furniture cushions. This thing paid for itself after 4 cars and doing the living room, and 3 bedrooms. Now I'm just saving money not paying the detailer - who uses shampoo. I bought a bottle of residue-free cleaner and a spray bottle - just pre-spray the whole carpet (and use a brush on any tough spots). 5 stars for value because it's not heated - why pay another $400 for a heater, when you have 120* water at the sink 20 feet off the driveway? Holds 3 gallons as well. I never once ran out of water doing any of the cars. Took full rooms in the house for me to even need to stop and refill.

near professional level extractor at reasonable cost
this does not have a heater, but for me that is not a big deal. Just use veryhot water in it.

Came defective
At first glance while unboxing it was great. I then went to go setup to detail a customers car, and it didn’t work as great. The fitting where the water comes out on the bottom didn’t spray in a fan like motion. It sprayed in a tiny little stream that had no power behind it. There was no reports on how to fix it either. I recommend getting the aqua pro. Is $100 cheaper, produces more psi and the clear handle on it lets you see the dirtier spots. It is also lighter and has wheels.

Sandia upholstery cleaner
The machine is not that great. The lid handle constantly comes apart. The nozzle has to be removed to unclog. It’s not even a great vacuum cleaner. I’m returning defective unit. Not happy at all hj
