I don’t know the science behind all of this I only know what I read, so perhaps they were more humble. I was buying a very expensive mushroom coffee made to balance and calm among other things. I liked it for the flavor and the ease, but I didn’t like the price and they gave you a spoon. If you use the spoon they don’t tell you don’t fill it all the way so in other words if you do, you don’t get 30 days out of it That being said one packet of this is just delicious. It is easy to open and you actually get 15 packages instead of the usual 10 with a lot of them. The taste is delicious no sediment on top even just stirring with a spoon. It’s easy it’s delicious and I’m hoping it has stuff that’s good for me in it if nothing else it’s still better than regular coffee, less caffeine and no crashing I don’t know why I bought it other than the price looked good. I’m glad I did. I just ordered two boxes so I have a month worth no measuring, etc.. You get to enjoy it. I like it cold with ice and a little bit of flavored creamer. Just because they didn’t make all kinds of claims doesn’t mean it doesn’t do the same thing the more expensive one does all we know is what they tell us.

Decent taste. Nothing beats a cup of real coffee. But this is healthier and easier on my stomach.

There is no flavor so it is good to get you.r mushrooms fix but only mixed with coffee

I have tried other mushroom coffee but I always come back to this one. By far, my favorite. Taste, smooth. This is my favorite and a staple in my home now.

This is some good smooth tasting healthy mushroom coffee, I just wish they packed more than 15 individual packs inside for the price their being sold for. 24 packs would be perfect, I hope they can accommodate their consumers with this wish at the same price marked. I will purchase another box or two but I seriously doubt I'll continue buying it at that price for only 15 tiny packs inside the box when I can purchase other great mushroom brands of coffee that has 24 k-cups for almost the same price.
