We have the machine pointing to the sink and have a large bowl in the sink to catch the sauce. Perfect for tomatoes. Saves time & work & no mess. The engine heats up and you have to give it breaks. The throat is so narrow, you have to precut the tomatoes into fairly small pieces. The tolerances are huge and tomato sauce would come out at many connection points. Overall, poorly built, poorly engineered, poor performance all combine for a disappointing experience.

This is a sturdy machine. But there is no information included. None. You are on your own. I tried it and liked it but would have been better with more instructions.

Plastic gears fail after a short period of use.

I had a small issue when it was delivered that seemed to be the fault of shipping. Customer service on the sellers end worked everything out and the machine is working great. Made a large batch of tomato sauce and can't wait for raspberry jelly this summer. Unit seems sturdy and easy to clean. I would recommend buying a bottle brush for the intake tube for easier cleaning.

I need an electric strainer that has a berry screen.The ZXMOTO Electric Strainer contains only a tomato/applesauce strainer, but it is advertised with the Weston 4-piece accessory kit that includes a berry strainer and salsa strainer as well. However, the strainers in the Weston kit fits several non-electric food mills, but not the ZYMOTO strainer. Therefore, I must return both products.

You stayed in your brochure that it is all metal. The auger is not metal. It is plastic. I will be returning this item, so please send me back what? I need to do and where to send it to.
