Easy to cook, good protein source
This review is for the nalAmudhu horse gram lentils. These lentils are easy to cook. They are a good source of fiber and even protein. I suggest soaking them overnight to make them easier to cook. These cooked in my pressure cooker (Instant Pot) easily and softened up effectively. They do come in a reclosable bag which is good so you can take out what you need and seal the bag back up once done. These are excellent for Indian foods and they really fill me up. Serve over rice and it is a filling, complete protein meal. I did not have any issues with bugs or rocks in the bag of lentils. Just clean, fresh lentils.
