Super fast water sample test results. Water sampling companies in California take well over a month.The only thing I would like for Simplelab to do is get certified with the the DDW (Department of Drinking Water) in California. Right now DDW in California will not to except our results. This would make my job a lot easier to service our small community water system. The test results when sampled with certified California approved labs come back with the same results. It's a waist of time and money not being able to use simplelab results.

Simple Lab is a great service. We used them for water testing and, more recently, for PFA testing. The instructions were clear, the process to send in the samples easy, and we got results quickly. When I had a question my email was answered within minutes. And the cost is very reasonable to get the information you need (in our case we added a water filter) but were reassured that we had no PFA residues.

I was disappointed with the results from my first order because the tests didn't cover the contaminants I expected them to cover. Apparently I should have spoken with their customer service team before I ordered. In any case, when I contacted SimpleLab about the problem they quickly offered me several free tests to provide me with the data I was seeking. I am now awaiting the arrival of those tests. Excellent customer service at SimpleLabs!

100% delightful—felt like I was taken care of from start to finish. The instructions are pretty clear but I had some questions because my situation is a bit unorthodox and the team answered all the questions. The results we got back helped us buy a water filter and they even chatted with us to pick a filter—no sales pressure at all just super nice and genuine and I wish every product I bought had this level of service. Sigh… will be back if ever we need it again!

This lab test received a positive review from NY Times Wirecutter. The cost includes results from sending the sample away to a professional lab to test for the result. 1-star review from England claims test-at-home kits are inaccurate. They are. But this is not test at home - sample must be sent to a professional lab.

Please understand that PFAS is measured at a trillionth of a part. Not parts per million, Not parts per billion, but parts per trillion. Because you are measuring for such a small amount, and there are lots of everyday things that could possibly contaminate a PFAS sample, unless you are a trained lab professional who knows all of the requirements necessary for competently collecting a PFAS sample, you WILL get false/inaccurate results. Please don't waste your money on this. PFAS testing cannot be accurately performed with an "at home" test kit. If you want more info, just google sampling procedure for PFAS.

The process is quite easy to follow. But interestingly, I did not get an email informing me that the result is out. I have to go to the website and check every now and then. Also, the test result looks simple and not comprehensive enough and does not provide a lot of explanations and domain knowledge.
