So i measured my pipe to be 3.5" but i cant find much for that so how would i make this one fit?

My pipe is 4" outside diameter and it was really snug so it might clamp down far enough to tighten on a 3.5" pipe but not for sure. Also mine started turning a goldish color after about 6 months. Hope this helps.
