Easy to swallow. More energy. Got rid of MY NERVE PAIN! Disclaimer. I’m not a Physician!
Rugby brand is number one in the D3 category 50mcgs. If you’re taking gabapentin for nerve pain, taking one gel with food FOR ME killed the nerve pain. However, most doctors fear you will develop excess calcium and require the K2 with it. Tried it and the K2 caused me horrible joint pain. Well, I tried. At least I have more energy and don’t have to take that gabapentin cause it caused me atrial fibrillation! I’m chemically sensitive to most substances on this planet so I’m not surprised. But I like the fact that I have more energy and no nerve pain!!! I AM NOT A PHYSICIAN!!! So, check with your own to be safe!!! They’re no bigger than a child’s Tylenol and are easy to swallow and have no taste.
