This is a really nice product to keep your child engaged and occupied for long periods of time. The sand is not very sticky and just the right amount of bind. The quantity is great for the price and lasts for a long time even if used daily.Since it's essentially sand, cleaning is a bit difficult. But I would say make the child sit with a huge cloth underneath or on the floor without any carpets so it's easy to clean.It's great for their sensory development. Make sure child doesn't put it in its mouth. Not safe for children below 3 yrs of if your child doesn't understand that it can't be put in the mouth.

the moment it mixes with water, it sticks to kids hand. it is some chemical with sand like texture. doesnt get washed away with water. It needs soap to clean hands unlike normal sand.
