These are my favorite watch bands out there. I have one on each watch that I own. Every time I go to order a new watch, I immediately switch out the band that the watch comes with, and put one of these on. The quick release spring bars are extremely convenient as I can easily switch them out without needing a spring bar tool. They are definitely high quality as I have been using one particular strap every day now for about 9 months and it barley shows any signs of wear and tear. They are also the only strap that I can wear 7 days a week for 10+ hours a day. The outer sailcloth layer has a tough yet stylish look to it, while the leather interior is extremely comfortable on the wrist. Doesn’t take long to break them in, maybe a week or so of wearing it and it will have a nice shape to your wrist. The holes are perfectly placed for adjusting comfort level. Depending on the lug to lug size of your watch, these straps are guaranteed to have a comfortable length for it. All in all, I would definitely recommend ordering one of these to switch out with whatever stock watch strap your new watch comes with.

The added leather piece by the holes is a very nice touch. Seen on some expensive straps. Not too stiff and is the correct proportions for an average size wrist. Looks well made and should be durable. I am a watch collector and have lots of straps and this in my opinion is a good buy!

This Benchmark Basics Quick Release Sailcloth Watch Strap (Black) has exceeded my expectations. It is very comfortable, fits well, and looks awesome (for a watch strap). There is a quality feel and appearance to this strap. It fits my 6 and 6/8”~7/8” (17.3 cm) wrist with holes to spare on both sides of the buckle on a 40mm diameter, 48mm lug to lug watch. The quick release spring bars are quite secure in the watch lugs.

Overall it will do, but I have had more comfortable watch straps for much less money. It also looks cheap with some subpar stitching. It gets more comfortable with wear and it is made of good enough quality that it lasts. I bought it nine months ago and it is still going strong. Update: the strap buckle didn't last long. It started threading and eventually completely became unusable. I included a photo. I rated it originally at 4 but changed it to 3 now.

This is incredible value for money. It’s comfortable, easy to install, and the texture and look of the strap it’s almost a dead on match with the Omega box that the watch came in. You cannot beat this for the money, and I am very happy I bought it. After just a few minutes of wearing (and bending the strap a bit to help break it in), it’s soft and pliable and a joy to wear. Not sure how this is possible for $20 but I’m glad it is! I’ll be buying more straps from Benchmark that’s for sure.

Great quality for the price. Used the 22mm band for my Casio Duro great for the dive watch aesthetic. Very comfortable. I’ve used it for a few months and the leather breaks in nice and is sturdy.

I like the subtle look of the combination of leather and nylon material; also the inside of the strap is made of leather which makes it more comfortable. Definitely recommend!

I love the look and feel of sailcloth and the leather lining makes it feel a bit sturdier, especially around the holes. But by including leather, I feel it takes away from the wear-ability in water. Regardless, I do not foresee this one fraying or stretching out anytime soon. My wrists are 22cm and I have to use the last or second-to-last hole, so guys with bigger wrists, just something to consider. Other than that, this is a great strap that, despite its price, fits well with a luxury-priced timepiece.
