Amazing deal on cycling shorts. Excellent quality and amazing pricing!
I am thrilled with the quality and pricing of these bike shorts. I bought 2 different pairs, these cost about $36. I was looking online for bike shorts and found the higher priced brands start at $65 for their basic budget shorts. These are of excellent quality, the fit is perfect for me, I got a Medium size, weigh about 133 lbs, waist is 32 in , hips 35 inch and they fit perfect, look and feel good. Nice colors, durable material, the padding is very nice cushy and feels good on my road bike. the padding is not excessive and it feels just right. the comfort is much better than my old Aero tech shorts which cost a lot more. These shorts are the ones in the middle of of my picture, the aerotech shorts on the right. the ones on the left I also bought on amazon, another brand for a bit less $.

Exceptional Comfort and Durability – Ideal for Avid Cyclists
As a cycle instructor at 24 Hour Fitness, I engage in cycling sessions four or more times a week, demanding high-performance gear. The Sponeed Men's Cycling Shorts have proven to be the most comfortable and durable option I've encountered. The 4D gel padding provides excellent cushioning, ensuring comfort during extended rides. The moisture-wicking fabric keeps me dry, and the breathable material prevents overheating. The elastic waistband and silicone anti-slip bands at the thighs ensure a secure fit without discomfort. The vibrant color options add a stylish touch, and the quality of the material is evident. After more than a year of rigorous use, my initial pairs have only just begun to show signs of wear, which speaks volumes about their durability. I frequently recommend these shorts to participants in my cycling classes, confident in their value and performance. For the price, they offer exceptional quality and comfort.

Reasonably priced bike shorts
Decent bike shorts. You might consider buying one size up. I’m normally an XL. These are a little tight so double XL maybe it would’ve been better for me but these worked well enough.

The most important thing is to invest in pants with quality padding.
For me, this product is great: comfortable, beautiful, and also matches the colors of my bike exactly. The padding is high-quality.

Best of the "3 popular Amazon" cycling shorts
Overall these are the best cycling shorts out of the 3 pairs that seem to be the most popular on Amazon (Sponeed, Santic, Pearl izumi). You get really good quality of materials and craftsmanship for the price. Compared to the other 2, it's closest in quality to the Pearl but for less cost. The padding is super nice and comfortable, although it's "4D" and has more padding in certain areas, although if your form is good and you're using your sit bones its not an issue (Pearl is one big pad that's not a thick but you don't have to worry as much about you positioning). These were my only pair for about 3 weeks so the got washed just about every day and are still holding up great. You probably want to order a size down, of if you're on the cusp of two go for the smaller. I'm 5'10" 175 with a 32/34 waist and the L fit perfect and the XL were way to big. The best way to compare the 3 shorts is like cars. The Pearl is the top end luxury model - really nice but more expensive. Sponeed is still the luxury model but just one under the top end - still really nice but minor trade offs for reduced price. Santic is the mid range model - nice and reliable but for a little bit more you get something a lot better. All three are still great and comfortable to use, but overall for pricing, quality, and comfort Sponeed takes the top spot for me. Pros - Price - Lots of padding - Quality materials - Quality craftsmanship - Color selection Cons - Most of the padding is in certain spots - High waisted - Sizing is a little weird

Much better than expected for its low price
A great short for its price. More about that below. My perspective: have done strenuous fitness and group road rides for decades and some gravel too. Ridden many brands of shorts (Garneau, Pearl, Voler and Rapha) in $125 range. Also the disappointing Aerotech. It is remarkable what these shorts provide for the price. They are not comparable to best of the shorts listed above. But for this price….! The pad is medium to high thickness and dense. Doesn’t seem like its cushioning will break down soon. For me the fabric and fit are pretty supportive Nice to see a company compete with the big name products at a low price.

Reasonable quality for price
Padding is good and stays in place. Waist band is reasonably comfortable, does not roll. Compression is not as "firm" as I prefer. Good for short-medium rides, probably not effective for longervrides. I bought two pair, and I opted to keep them. Decent shorts for the price, but next time I will pay the extra for 8 panel shorts with more compression.
