Detox'ing is a consumer scam meant to get people to buy their product. Your body is AMAZING! Your internal mechanisms 'detox' with no extra help from you. But if you think diarrhea is beneficial for you in your detox, keep on keeping on! As far as workout supplements, you will find this ingredient in many high end supplements. This usually is the key ingredient with extras that are, IMO, not worth the extra money I'd be paying for. And those extra's are usually just FUD in the workout sceen. For workouts, it's supposed to help with increasing your metabolism and testosterone levels. Since I had testicular cancer, I like to use supplements that have the potential to naturally help my body increase it's own testosterone levels. While a lab's are the only way to confirm this, when I am taking this along with DHEA and Pregnenolone, I feel that extra 'T' kick in. OMG this stuff is GREAT!!! Best stuff for SIBO. I know everyone likes to self diagnose but when there are not people around to help us find conclusions we do this. I am not willing to pay someone $300 to maybe be able to help me. So I decided to try this. For years I had major upper abdomen issues. One day on this and I noticed a remarkable difference. I have a lot of abdominal issues and I have been using 4 of Supreme Nutrition products with great success. Unbelievable results!! I have never felt better. They kicked me in to some serious detox symptoms but I don't care. This just tells me it is working and I had a rather compromised system. Highly recommend!

So the product in itself is great- I haven’t had any bad reactions or any breakouts or anything. However still not sure if anything has change. I will say I do feel my body overall be more balanced and my skin does look amazing. I will finish the whole bottle and see.

I used this product to treat my psoriasis. I’m not sure how it works, but the red patches on my skin are diminishing. I will definitely buy it again.

Helps get rid of toxins

This bottle is smaller and the units are smaller than the original bottle I purchased on amazon. This item give no ingredient description so I thought it would be exactly the same. But it is not. I had to take 4 instead of 3 tablets to get the right dosage and these are the same price.
