These hotpacks have been my lifesaver in the cold. Better than a rubber hot water bottle.

Good size. Size enough to go round a wrist or ankle completely. Slightly empty, only around 1/4, would have hoped for 3/4 or so. Says to heat for max 1 min on 1000w. Our micro is 1000w and not the best but find we heat to 1 min 15 and they are reasonable warm, 1 min is only just warm. Lasts for around 20 mins - 30 at a push if left in place undisturbed. Tartan / colours are great. I chose assorted as opposed to selecting colour and got two different ones (didn’t fuss me). Photo is two wrapped opposite ways around broken knee.

The colours this comes in are fun and vibrant.Holds heat well and so easy to heat up.Good size and helpful that it is not rigid so can use in lots of places to help ease pain.Material is thick enough to be good quality but not so much that it affects the heat.So effective for helping with my partners painful slipped disc.

It is a little smaller than expected compared to others ive had in the past. It smells terrible after it is heated up but I'm sure that will go soon.Also noticed that it does not stay as warm as my other one for as long. It does the job but would not recommend

I was happy with the price. It's easy to warm up in the microwave, which takes a few minutes. It doesn't stay hot for very long but is convenient to use.It's nice for getting into joints, lower back etc. and moulds to the shape of the body. More comfortable than a stiff rubber bottle. However I would still use a hot water bottle on a cold night in bed as the heat will last much longer.There is a smell from the heated wheat, a bit like popcorn I have the unscented version but I plan to add some essential oils to improve my experience.I haven't worked out yet if it's more economical than boiling a kettle. It takes a few minutes to heat up in the microwave, and how long it'll take will depend on the wattage of the microwave.
