Elderberry Capsules 575mg (120 Capsules) - Vegetarian Capsules, Gluten Free and Non-GMO Black Elderberry Supplement

For starters, these were somewhat Misleading. They are Not 575mg, they are 5,750mg of 10.1 Strength Extract. That's a Whopping almost 6 Grams - Way Too High. Plus 3 Members of my Family are Strictly "Low Dosers" and I'm one of them. Have not opened the Packet. A good price for someone who can take that dose. Be Careful if you cannot do that.

I picked these up to take when I feel something coming on, and they have been a great addition to my immune support routine. The capsules are easy to swallow, there is no weird taste, and I like that it is just one capsule per serving. The bottle size is a solid value too. 120 capsules lasts a long time, so I can keep a bottle in the cabinet and not worry about running out. I also appreciate that they are vegetarian and gluten free. If you want a simple elderberry supplement to have on hand for those times you need a little extra support, these are a great choice.
