I don't understand why everyone says it tastes horrible, I mixed my mocha with cold milk n used a frother n it tastes pretty good. A chunk stuck to the top from the bubbling, over the taste just tastes like a protein shake

Taste is not all that great, but fiber quality is high.

This powder does not mix well and thickens too much for my taste. You have to use a vrty small amount to keep it from getting too thick.

I'm already using a different brand of this type of product so I'm already familiar with its affect. I switched over to this brand and after a couple weeks didn't notice any change compared to my other brand. This means it works as well as my other brand which is good. The thing to consider is, my usual product is only psyllium based compared to this product's selling pitch: "bpure is the only daily multi-fiber on the market containing a blend of premium psyllium, chia, oat fiber, and Fibersol-2."In summary, I didn't see any difference between my favorite product and this one so it does work as advertised. Now whether or not the additionally ingredients are a plus I will leave to others to decide as everyone's bodies are different.

Super bummed you can’t mix this in a hot liquid, bought it specifically to mix in my coffee! Turns it into a gelatinous substance. Would have bought the coconut lime if I had known that!
