Amazing!!! Ooooooh Aaaaaaah
This Empava 71” Whirlpool tub is so well made and has some of the best fiberglass work I’ve seen in a long time. The attention to detail is world class! I would recommend this tub to anyone!

Check out the water spout
Tub is awesome However the tub spout would let water run down it when u turn the water off and I had to buy a new coating over $100

This product stopped working, and have nobody to file a claim with, their warranty is innexisten since there is no way to contact them

Outer dimension or space need to installDo not match
This is beautiful tub . I looked at the outer dimensions and hired a contractor . When it is time to install the tub , it won’t fit because of its design . I will now need another tub . Tub is pretty but need better description that how much space needed to fit it . It is more than it’s outer dimensions. Now I have so much wasted money on project which I will need to change …

arrived damaged and no way to return
I misspoke, and they are allowing a return and the leak was an easy fix. I think its a good tub

I never had an issue with return items until now.
This tub has a leak, and it has been scheduled to be picked up 4 times already and I still have it sitting in my front room.

Jets aren't powerful enough.
Beautiful jacuzzi tub, but the jets just aren't very strong at all.
