Not totally reliable
I purchased 5 Tysonir Bug Zapper Replacement Bulb, U-Shaped 15W Four-pin, FUL15W-BL Placed 2 in service. One died two days later. A second lamp died 10 days later. I have replaced those two lamps with lamps 3 & 4. Let's see how long they last.

Easy to assemble and fit right into the trapper.

Attracts all the bugs...
This bulb does as advertised. It attracts the critters to their death. The zapping is entertaining although my chihuahua doesn't much care for it.
