First pair of minimalist shoes, so I bought cheap. Picked hiitave after reading a good review. It looks like they may be changing brand as stocks are dwindling and there are lots of identical looking shoes. I have very wide feet (think hobbit) and I would say they give ok room for my toes. Which is a BIG positive for me. I've loved learning to run "barefoot" I've used these for trail running and hiking. They are a loose fit but this doesn't bother me normally they never feel like they are going to fall off. But long stretches on road or pavement build up friction on the soles of feet. Apart from that they can get very heavy running through long grass and then becoming slippy on the feet and the loose fit becomes an issue. Otherwise I love them and have bought a second pair.

I was looking for universal shoes for many uses. I kayak a lot and wanted shoes that could be used in water as well as hiking, trail running, light/easy climbing for all day excursions. Exactly what I wanted and well worth the price. I left the insoles in for extra padding, in hopes that it keeps them lasting long. I’ve put some good use in and have found the shoes to be very comfortable, easy to swim in, and great for the trails. Though I’ve had them less than a month, the quality makes me feel they’ll last a while. I can update otherwise.

I didn't expect for these water shoes to fix as well as they did, but they fixed perfect and feels so good on my feet. I wear a size 7.5 and brought a 7.0 in the black/gray.
