Bruno Marc Men's Grand-02 KnitFlex Lightweight Walking Shoes

Great shoe for a reasonable price! My son wanted a casual dress shoe to wear to summer weddings. He says they are light weight and comfortable. Size fit as should. He has worn them several times they are a nice shoe

I had very low expectations when I ordered these shoes. Turns out I was way off the mark with that initial opinion. When the shoes arrived they looked good, they felt good and I quickly knew they were keepers. They were true to size, and they were very comfortable. I wore them to a social event without ever attempting to break them in, and they just felt good, I didn't even notice I was wearing new/never broken in shoes. I haven't had a pair of white shoes in many years and needed these for a social event. They absolutely delivered.

These shoes are awesome. Incredibly comfortable. True to size. The whites get dirty, but I spray and wash after taking out the insoles. Great for price.

Wore these for about 6 months or so. Very good looking, very comfortable, always got compliments on them. Then I began to get a pain in my heel when wearing. I thought I injured myself in some manner until one day I took my shoe off and there was blood! It seems that a nail from shoe construction, had worked its way up and was stabbing me in the heel! Wow! OK! They were great until that. Naturally I stopped wearing them. Shame I have two other pairs from Bruno Marc and they are great. Now I have to figure out how to get that nail out. I can't recommend them because of this. I've changed this to 5 stars because the customer service is above and beyond what was expected. Not only have they refunded the purchase price but they have replaced the shoe at no charge. I even got my choice of show (which I picked a slightly different style just because y not) AND this was done in a matter of 3 days from my original review. Kudos to Bruno Marc for stellar customer service that is the best I've ever experienced. You got a customer for life. And they really are nice shoes for the money.

Update - after I reported my issue, the company rep immediately reached out to me to offer a replacement (different shoe) and a refund. They were super responsive and very helpful. I would give their customer service a 5 star. The new shoe (different model) fit much better and didn't seem to scratch my heels. I got the Bruno Marc Men's KnitFlex Craft Mesh Oxfords Sneakers Casual Dress Lace-Up Lightweight Walking Shoes. --------- I purchases these walking shoes for our Japan vacation because of all the walking we're planning. Unfortunately, I had to throw these shoes away 2 days into our trip because the back of the shoe kept scraping my heels. I tried to put a bandaid against my heel but that was only temporary. I eventually just threw them out instead of bringing them back to return to Amazon. They were comfortable for walking but that issue with scraping my heel just was so uncomfortable. I won't buy these again. Unfortunately, I couldn't even return these as I didn't want to carry them back in our luggage.
