Works fantastic! Super simple to use and extremely accurate! It helped me identify a power line that I didn’t realize was on the stud. It even helped me determine which side so I could still use the stud but avoid serious power problems. If you need a stud finder, this is the one to buy.

I’m genuinely impressed with the Franklin Sensors ProSensor M210. I’ve used plenty of stud finders over the years, and this one is on a completely different level. The thing I love most is how instant and accurate it is—no calibration, no second-guessing, no slow scanning. You press the button and it starts reading the wall immediately. The wide row of LEDs makes it super clear where the stud actually is, not just a single “maybe here” beep like other brands. It shows edges and center at the same time, which makes mounting TVs and shelves way less stressful. It also handles tricky areas better than the typical budget models. Every time I tested it, the M210 gave consistent results, which honestly saves time and avoids unnecessary holes in the wall. If you want a stud finder that simply works every single time, this one is worth it. Highly recommended.

This is the fourth stud finder I’ve had in this old New England home, and it’s the first that can consistently actually find the studs! This is amazing! It doesn’t really fit in a pocket. And it ain’t cheap. But it really is the only stud finder that actually finds studs in these old walls. Brilliant! 10 out of 10 where have you been all my life?

This product is the best stud finder I've ever used. I had a cheap $20 one that was inconsistent and did not provide accurate readings. This one is very accurate and has really nice features, especially the center finder with the green light. It is well worth the price. It also has a pencil stored inside which was very convenient for the two jobs I used it for.

Toute irrégularité du mur affiche des détections fantômes. Quand à l'alerte de tension, elle est très fantaisiste, il ne faut pas compter dessus pour repérer (ou éviter !) des câbles. Ayant testé plusieurs détecteurs muraux les autres sont pires. Celui-ci donne des détections exploitables dans les cas simples, par exemple les rails derrière un BA13. Mais si c'est un placo-phonique (double épaisseur) ça ne marche déjà plus bien.

It works as all the videos depict it to. With the ton of LED’s it makes the job easier to see and way easier for a beginner to use. Plus, it has the green light to show the centre of the stud. This model also shows electrical signals within the wall. Again, easy to read and the nature of the meter essentially gives you a signal strength. It’s big, and that may be a drawback and definitely could be in tight areas. But I thought about that and most of the times I’ve ever used a stud finder was in a larger area to hang something that needs space. So no issue for me. The size is nice as it provides a good grip and a spirit level allows you to keep things square. This Franklin works nicely. I can see why people speak highly of it. Whether the form factor works for you or not, the electronic element of it is top tier. It plastic but well made. Takes two AA batteries. I popped two Energizer Lithiums inside it in case I leave it for a while, I don’t want alkalines to leak. I think somewhere it said not to use rechargeable batteries. Recommended

J'ai une maison en ossature bois. J'ai acheté ce détecteur pour trouver les montants bois derrière le placo. Cela marche super bien. Mon constructeur avait essayé d'autres marques. Il a été surpris lorsque je lui fais une démo avec celui-ci.
