Q: Are the bags made of plastic or silicone?

Plastic, definitely not silicone.

Q: Are they tsa approved?

I don’t know why they wouldn’t be TSA approved? They are essentially reusable ziplock bags, a little thicker material is used.

Q: What size are these? quart? tsa accepted?

Not really sure,I have two different sizes. One I use for pens and or makeup brushes and the larger one for makeup. Hope this helps. They are really great and have not had any problems with them.

Q: Are they water proof?

No, they are not. They have a sliding thing to close, but definitely not water proof. They are very cute reusable Ziploc bags, I use them for everything. Make up, pencils, school supplies, hair ties. I have various sizes.
