To replace an old worn out heat pack years old and no longer effective. This heat pack is of a decent size and made of quality material to hold the contents. Contents are plentiful which gives this pack some weight so it stops in place where you put it. Retains heat when microwaved as expected. Used for relief of a knee problem. Chose the option that included lavender which when heated has that lovely scent and calming effect. If this pack lasts anywhere near a long as the previous one it will be well worth the money. Overall a good price for this item and I am not disappointed in the purchase. This heat pack came in its own box, therefore it would make an ideal gift for someone. Whilst these heat packs are often purchased to help with pain and muscle relief, they could equally be used generally as a "hottie for such as bed warming or just warming up yourself at other chilly times. Uses are endless.

Brilliant product keeps warm for a good 12 hours. No scalding from hot water. Bit expensive but well worth the cost

Heats up in the microwave and settles around my back muscle giving much welcome relief.

The bag took longer than expected to arrive, probably Royal Mail. The item is smaller than regular wheat bags, but it does heat up quickly in the microwave. It also cools down very quickly. Would have liked the bag to have more filling in as well. Not 100% happy, but it does the job.

Very good and it helps

I was happy with the price. It's easy to warm up in the microwave, which takes a few minutes. It doesn't stay hot for very long but is convenient to use. It's nice for getting into joints, lower back etc. and moulds to the shape of the body. More comfortable than a stiff rubber bottle. However I would still use a hot water bottle on a cold night in bed as the heat will last much longer. There is a smell from the heated wheat, a bit like popcorn I have the unscented version but I plan to add some essential oils to improve my experience. I haven't worked out yet if it's more economical than boiling a kettle. It takes a few minutes to heat up in the microwave, and how long it'll take will depend on the wattage of the microwave.

Good and useful . Helps easing muscle pain

The only issue faced is that the instructions say that it can only be kept in the microwave for 80 seconds. That implies that the heat is only for a few minutes.
