I couldn't give a higher recommendation for any other hair coloring brand I've tried over the years than I'd give this Garnier Olia Ammonia-Free Most all others for the first day or two are not the color I'm trying to achieve but with Garnier Olia it gives that perfect color from the very first day and stays unchanged. And as a person with COPD and an allergy to ammonia I can use it without it aggravating my ability to breathe or causing intense itching. And to top it off the feel of my hair after being color treated is wonderful. I haven't even had a salon color treatment that I'd rave about as much as I would with the results I get from this. It definitely gave me the wow factor.

The color is perfect and durable. It also leaves the hair soft and has good nutrients because it leaves your hair soft recommended for curly hair as well

I have purchased this several times. This is the best boxed dye I have found. Easy to apply, nice consistency, no horrible odor, doesn't give you that "scalp tingling" that most do and gives a great color. I use "Lightest Ash Blonde 9 1/2.1" It is very light, pretty much platinum, but a nice color. I would prefer a color that is a shade darker that is ash, however I don't believe they have this. I have searched everywhere. It leaves a somewhat highlighted look, which is nice. I don't think it is meant to but Im happy with that look (probably just the way it works with my hair). I need ash dye so that my roots won't come out with an orange tone. Even though it is an ash color, it still happens but does tone down after two or so washings. Overall I would recommend the product.

This dye is perfect if you're looking for a radiant color without damaging your hair. Since it's ammonia-free, the scent is mild, and application is much more pleasant, especially for me during this time of pregnancy, and it's less damaging to my condition. It leaves hair soft, shiny, and a natural ash blonde. I highly recommend it, especially if you're pregnant. You can stay beautiful and run less risk.
