Hard to use
The only problem is that removing the wax guard from the case is difficult. That little white guard will come off its holder even before you free the product from the case. If these were expensive, I would be upset. However, they are not, and I just don't get 100 percent usage from the pack.

Major defect!!!
I’ve ordered this product twice and about 50% of the time, the wax guard has dislodged from the stick holding it. So of the 8 guards in the package, I only ever get yo use 4 or 5. Terrible!!
