Looks great if you take time to grout around stones. Regular tile grout woks great on the product, as well as wall board plaster for the whitewashed look. A bit pricey, but easy to work with. Cuts easily and industrial adhesive with staple gun application was a breeze. Applying grout makes it look like the real thing.

I bought both sizes offered, and it’s a good idea for ease of installation, they will match up. Others left tips I found helpful: doing a diluted wall paste wash over stone when finished to take shine down and add to authentic look. Also, grouting the seems and edges. I’d add, cut out stones from a sheet, with scissors, to fill in empty spots; this makes matching so easy, you dont need to stress. Lay down a good amount of wall paste, place you stone, wet rag and wipe w finger the edges; like a real brick layer.

This was a more time consuming project than I planned on. Cut out a lot of the stones individually to break up the pattern here and there. Used construction adhesive. Used spackle at seams and grout once the spackle cured. Still caused it to turn pink again but dried clear despite mixing with grout. If I were to do it all over again would not have used grout (does not adhere well and messy) - would have used exclusively plaster of Paris or spackle. Will try that next time. Was a pricy product for how thin it is but I really love how it tuned out.

For the price, this product was great! I was so inspired by product review pictures, that I decided to leave my own so that someone else can be inspired. I built a fireplace and cut the ‘stones’ out individually. I glued them to the plywood with all purpose construction glue. I did the German Schmear method, but here’s a warning! The paint or color on the rocks will wash off with a washcloth and warm water scrubbing over the dried drywall compound. Thankfully, it blends in with the schmear appearance, but I would have applied the compound differently if I had known the paint would come off. Overall, this product was perfect for my desired outcome. You won’t regret the purchase! I plan to order again for more projects!

Do as others say- CUT OUT INDIVIDUALLY AND GROUT! This product has the potential to look really cheap and ugly or it can look beautiful and well done! The secret is as others have said. Cut out all of the stones individually, attach with liquid nails, and then grout in between. I think it looks best when you make the grout look messy so you dull down any shine of the fake rock to make it look more realistic. Really happy with our results!

Absolutely love how these turned out. Used heavy duty adhesive glue to attach to the wall and spread joint compound over the panels. Worth it if on a budget and easy to install by yourself.

These were easy to cut, and seeing all the other people cut them, I knew that was worth it. (Thanks to all the others who left pics and detailed reviews). I got the grey-beige and I didn’t want a repeating pattern… because no. I used about 28 sheets total and my ceilings are 10’. Grouted via piping bag and my finger, and tinted the “grout” with some left over paint. I wanted more depth and to stretch it out, so I combined another peel and stick pack with this set which also reduced the cost. (The comstickc 3d faux stone wall panels- brown) they looked beige in the product photo but are actually a warm reddish brown. I used almost two boxes of those for this wall. They were a perfect add on (and they were easy to cut as well as peel and stick). I used liquid nails to adhere this set, and a mix of Elmer’s glue, joint compound, paint and corn starch (to thicken when it was too loose) for the “grout”. We are loving the look and although it was a labor of love, worth it. Not done with this room yet, but it def made an impact. P.S. the last pic was before we grouted P.P.S. Stunning! Its all in the prep work! Cut the stones individually and space them with like bit gap between, I used joint compound to stick them to the wall and then used the same to grout over it. Its amazing how it transformed my wall and my prayer corner at home!

Firstly I ordered few of these panels to try to cover just a line on my wall above the chair, not the entire one. I did not want to spend a lot of money for decor stuff I never tried before. But when I got them and saw how they looked I immediately ordered more to fill all uncovered space above the floor. This is how the corner of my office looks and I can say that I am very happy how it turned out. Everybody who see it ask me where I got such amazing stones and nobody believes that it is just imitation. If you decide to buy these panels, I guarantee you will not been disappointed for 100% sure! I highly recommend this product to everybody who wants to get impressive and modern look of wall and save money. P.S. Shipping was very fast, I got my panels in few days well packed.
