I love this drink! I’ve been using it for over 2 years now. Gives a good energy boost, has a great taste, and you feel the hydration! Great product!!

Tailwind is different from other sports drinks I've used. Most give me a continuous boost as I ride but Tailwind seems to have its kick when I would normally begin to tire. It allows me to just keep on going with good energy.

This is one of the very few endurance fuel mixes that adds calories. I put 2 scoops of this in each of my water bottles and that gives me 200 calories for each bottle. I no longer need to bring bars, gels or bloks to get my carbs and calories. It frees up my jersey pockets for other things. If I'm on a 4hr + bike ride then I'll add a protein bar to eat half way into the ride. Anything up to 2 hrs I bring 1 bottle with 2 scoops and anything over I bring 2 bottles with 2 scoops each. The powder mixes instantly and there is no weird after taste and your bottles don't end up smelling like jolly ranchers. I put 1 tablespoon of bleach in each bottle and fill with water overnight. No smell, no mess, no mold.

I’m still getting into running and recovery is a step I’m am still figuring out. Tailwind came highly recommended and it didn’t disappoint. One of my favorite parts is the flavor isn’t overpowering compared to other supplements.

I'll try and be brief. The bag was ripped somewhat when I got it leaving it covered in a thin layer of powder. You can not return the product. I planned on using this for backpacking. The amount of this that you need to use for 1 liter of drink is ridiculous (estimated around 4 fairly large scoops). Because of this it is really fairly expensive. I have to think that there are similar products that would do this with much less volume of powder. It tastes like crap (I won't drink it without adding something like Crystal Light to it). I can't return it so I think I'll add some flavor powder to it when I use it and use it at half strength. The only reason I purchased this was because of its reviews and it's caffeine content. I absolutely would not recommend this and instead would recommend something like salt chews and something that actually tastes good. It'd weigh like 1/4 the weight.
