I’m really pleased with these Vitamin E tablets. I just take one a day each morning after breakfast. I integrated this vitamin E supplement into my diet about three weeks ago to combat menopausal hot flashes. Along with ground flax seeds, and a little extra B2&B6, my hot flashes have almost completely gone. I’m delighted. One thing to note, this Supplement is synthetic Vitamin E (dl-alpha-tocopherol). However, it’s working fine with me so I’m not going to change it! Natural Vitamin E (d-alpha-tocopherol) is generally considered superior to synthetic Vitamin E (dl-alpha-tocopherol). While synthetic Vitamin E is cheaper to produce and is often used in supplements, research suggests it may not be as effectively absorbed or utilized by the body.
