The MegaChef Immersion unit works perfectly
Absolutely perfect! I used a very large pot, filled it up with water and vacuum sealed 13 individual NY Strip Steaks for our family Christmas dinner. Set it to 137 degrees and walked away for 2 hours and 15 minutes. Came back and opened all 13 steaks and seared them in a cast iron skillet for 1 minute each side. WOW... these steaks were perfectly cooked to a medium rare from edge to edge, and the meat was very tender and tasty. I recommend this MegaChef Sous-vide unit to everyone. Don't even hesitate, as it is very easy to set up and use.

Sous Vide not working properly from purchase day
So heating elements working but rotating-not . Those blades like small blender in a bottom which supposed to rotate water and keep equal temperature From the day one it’s the problem pls help as it is in warranty

Excellent! Highly Recommend! Great product and Great Value
I bought this sous vide specifically to make the yogurt described in Dr William Davis's book, Super Gut. The yogurt must ferment at 100 degrees for 36 hours. My very first batch of yogurt came out thick, creamy, smooth and delicious with little to no separation, just a tiny layer of liquid whey on top. I checked the temperature several times during the process and it maintained 100 degrees the entire time. Directions are clear and programming is a breeze. Another plus is that it is whisper quiet. Now I'm looking forward to making a nice juicy steak!
