Best I’ve found for removing every trace of makeup. Doesn’t leave a sticky residue. Works better than makeup remover cloths. I have purchased this at high end department stores and I’m glad that I can now order it.

Love this!! I had to switch from the toner I was using because I discovered I was allergic to the preservatives/anti-microbials in it. This toner was on the approved list of products I could use. I am so glad I did because I found this! I have combination skin and it doesn’t make my face feel too dry or oily. It almost has a slight milky texture to it. Very nice and luxurious.

I’ve used Elizabeth Arden since 1985 and their various toners. I love how the purifying toner soothes the skin.

I have been using Elizabeth Arden's Ceramide Purifying Toner for the last 12 years. I am extremely happy with this product because of its ability to remove residual soap and any other particles from your face without drying out your skin. I recommend this product especially to individuals with combination skin because of the Ph Balance that your skin maintains while using this Toner.

Not sure about the reviews claiming its diluted. But the product seems to do its job fairly well. Noticeable difference in moisturizers effects after using it. 10/10 would rub on face again
