The product works as advertised, and seems accurate. The averaging feature is very helpful and the blue tooth connectivity works great. The user interface could use some help in terms of flattening and modernizing the look and feel as well as the user interaction, however, it gets the job done. There have been multiple software updates that have improved the functionality including the ability to delete readings which is important when multiple people use the same unit. The service and support I have received from this group has been absolutely amazing and would highly recommend them.

Great Blood Pressure Monitor
I just pulled this blood pressure monitor out of the box and installed the batteries. My first initial response was that the unit appears to be well built with robust materials. I placed the cuff on my arm to get a blood pressure reading. The pump kept attempting to inflate the cuff but never built up sufficient pressure. The display read error code E-1 which is an inflation error code. The manual tells me to contact the local service center but provides no phone number for customer service or service center information. To complicate matters even further the seller will not accept returns. I've emailed the seller through Amazon and I am currently awaiting a response. My review will be updated accordingly in the future dependent upon my experience with seller. Amazon provides fantastic customer support. I got a full refund and the seller immediately delivered another unit. This time it worked straight out of the box.

I made a lucky decision to buy this blood pressure tool for use with my iPhone.
Works great! Initially the app crashed once when the averaging was enabled, but now everything including the averaging works. Extremely convenient as the blood pressure can be measured without the iPhone and on the next/future use with the iPhone the data are being downloaded. Also transfers the data to the Apple health app. One very minor item, without using the phone, I haven't been able to switch the user - the my spouse can use it. Still need to install the app on my Android tablet to verify it works there too. Was really lucky to buy it.

Funcionan como deberían, pero consumen las baterías demasiado rápido... pienso que sería mejor si trabajará con un cargador al igual que los celulares y muchos otros dispositivos.

Great BP cuff.
Easy to use. Works well, but a bit quirky, at times. Integrates well with my iPhone.

Works as expected but has build quality issues
The product looks amazingly nice and the setup instructions arw easy to follow. I got the cuff around my upper arms a d set up app on my phone in minutes. Then I happily took my first BP reading using the app. It did a great job doing a triple measurement and taking an average. And then I wrap it around my wife's arm to take her BP reading. Turns on the apparatus and boom.. The inflatable piece of balloon in the cuff pops up and blossoms out of the cuff from no where. Now the cuff is useless. It's only been few hours since I received the product and I can't enjoy it. I reached out to amazon support and I was granted 40usd as cash back in amazon credit if I decide to keep the defective device but was also given option to return it for a new one. I chose the former since I didn't want to go through return shipping from Ghana to USA. Fianal thoughts 💭.. Product looks great and promising but the build quality needs a bit of improvement.

This is a well made and neat unit that functions exactly as it should. Its easy to use and produces reliable consistent readings that can be tracked / recorded with the app via Bluetooth. It's easier to use than a traditional device with separate cuff as there is no base unit to worry about. I am very pleased with it.

I have used the Mobile Health Bluetooth BP Monitor and app on my iPhone 7+, regularly for a couple of weeks now. I was previously using an Omicron M2 Basic self inflating Bp monitor and entering the readings manually on the Taconic BP Monitor App. The whole purpose of purchasing the Bluetooth Monitor was to make the whole Bp monitoring process easier. The increase of utility and ease of use over my old Omicron M2 Basic is at best marginal. Because the MobileHeath Monitor is situated on the cuff itself, where the Velcro band would normally simply flap over, initial adjustment takes longer than on my Omicron - where the Monitor is a separate unit from the cuff, cuff adjustment is easier. When the Omicron inflates, it is virtually silent- I could use it before bedtime and not wake my partner. The Mobile Health cuff is very noisy when inflating. I can't use it if she is sleeping. The main problem I have with Mobileheath's Monitor, is the app. This must be used to get wireless data. It actually takes extra time to use it, as there are more stages compared with my manual app and if you have an obviously erroneous reading, a sneezing fit or your elbow slides off the table when taking a reading, there is no way to delete the reading from being automatically added in to your statistics. I find the Monitor has to be operated wirelessly by pushing its Bluetooth button, not its 'on' button, followed by the button on my phone- not at all clear from the instructions. These are not comprehensive enough, especially in regard to the app. This downgrades the whole system's value. Though 'The MobileHealth Monitor' is about 10 seconds faster overall than my old method, it's a high price to pay. I feel that being 5 times the cost of a basic, reliable system, the MobileHeath monitor is definitely overpriced. If the app is updated, making it possible to delete /correct erroneous data - that would be a big improvement, as would making the Inflation system quieter. In a nutshell. It's disappointing for £110, this 'system' offers little advantage, than a less high tech approach. The app definitely needs more work. I am Richard Phillips, I give a completely independent view of what I purchase and have never withdrawn or altered a review when being asked to do so in return for a reward.
