These are cute. The stone is a bit larger than I expected, but still fine for my short neck. They are light enough that I don't really feel any weight and comfortable enough that I can talk on the phone without feeling them.

Crystals are beautiful but shape of the part that goes through your ear is small and curved making insertion on the difficult side
